Feedback from our employees is fundamental to our successOne of the most important goals of our sustainability strategy is the continuous reduction of our CO2 footprint. Together with our employees, we work on this every day: at our headquarters, which is powered by 100% green electricity, on the road with our bike leasing offer and the switch to a hybrid and fully electric company fleet or our regionally sourced products for shorter delivery routes.
Together with suppliers, partners and the industry, we are also working on innovative product ideas to continuously improve the emissions of our service portfolio.
Focus on people: We prioritise the well-being of our employees. To this end, we rely on company health management for mental and physical health, regular employee surveys and training.
We not only feel this responsibility towards our employees, but also want to make a contribution to society. This includes local commitments such as regional sponsorships, support for educational institutions and regular fundraising campaigns for charitable causes.
In the area of responsible corporate governance, the focus is on strengthening our compliance management and ESG governance. We have anchored our values, standards and rules in our Code of Conduct as well as in our Supplier Code of Conduct for suppliers and service partners, thereby underpinning binding guidelines.
